If you book an appointment with me, I assume you've read and agree to the terms and conditions. You can find them below:
- For the first massage/treatment, I'll briefly ask a few questions to assess any potential complaints. Based on this, we'll develop a treatment plan if needed.
- Before and after each massage/treatment there will be an evaluation of how the massage/treatment was experienced.
- All personal and medical information you share with us before or during your massage will be treated confidentially. It will never be shared with third parties without your written consent.
- Are you under the care of a doctor, physiotherapist, specialist, or other professional, and/or are you taking medication? Please inquire about whether you are permitted to receive a massage during the treatment period.
- The massages you receive are not intended to diagnose and/or treat medical conditions (such as illness, acute or chronic complaints). If you have any doubts about a condition, injury, or contraindication, we may decide not to give you a massage and refer you to a doctor/therapist/specialist. Follow-up treatments are possible once your doctor approves.
- You are responsible for the information and its accuracy that you provide me during the intake interview, so that I can perform the massage as responsibly and safely as possible.
- Sylayurmassage cannot be held liable for negative results, whether or not due to incorrect information or concealment of injuries and/or illnesses.
- Sylayurmassage cannot be held responsible for damage, theft, or loss of client's personal belongings.
- Mutual respect in a safe atmosphere and good hygiene for both you and me is a given during a massage.
- To make the treatment as relaxing as possible, I kindly ask you to turn off or silence any mobile phones, pagers, etc. just before the massage begins.
- Appointments can be changed or canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Appointments changed or canceled within 48 hours will be fully charged to you. This also applies to missed appointments.
- Sylayurmassage reserves the right to refuse clients.
- When making an appointment, you will always be asked for your email address, address, and telephone number for my records.
- Prices are subject to change.
- Payment must be made in advance of the massage or treatment via direct bank transfer. You can also pay with a gift certificate.
- Gift cards or ride tickets cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The use of materials during the treatment such as towels and oil are included.
- I do not offer erotic massages. Clients who make sexually suggestive comments or engage in sexual acts and/or behavior will be immediately removed from the massage parlor.
